  • Passport

    You apply for a passport at the municipality.

  • Identity card (ID card)

    An ID (Map) is valid in most European countries and can be applied for in the municipality where you are registered.

  • Passport / ID, lost or stolen

    In case of a stolen passport or ID Map , you must make a declaration of loss to the municipality.

  • Requesting a traffic waiver

    Sometimes you need an exemption from the traffic regulations if you want to do something on or to the public road. You can apply for an exemption from the municipality.

  • Report traffic unsafe situation

    You can report to the municipality that you feel a particular situation (for example, an intersection or crosswalk) in traffic is not safe.

  • Declaring municipality in default for late decision

    If you have submitted an application or objection and the municipality does not decide in time, you can declare the municipality in default.

  • Reporting environmental pollution

    If you observe or suspect environmental pollution, an environmental violation or crime, you can report it to the municipality.

  • Environment, permit or notification

    If your company's activities have an impact on the environment, you must apply for an environmental permit or file an Activities Decree notification.

  • Compulsory education and initial qualification

    Children ages 5 to 16 are subject to compulsory school attendance. In some cases, you can request special leave or exemption and your child does not have to attend school.

  • Pupil Transport

    Parents can apply for pupil transportation in certain cases. Among other things, the municipality looks at the travel distance and the school the child attends.
