  • Omgevingswet

    The new Omgevingswet will take effect on January 1, 2024. This law bundles and simplifies rules dealing with the physical environment.

  • Placing an object on or at the road

    Do you want to place a scaffold, container, building materials, construction shed, crane or aerial platform on the public road? If so, you need a permit.

  • Store opening hours

    Do you want to open your store outside regular business hours? If so, you must apply for an exemption.

  • Notification of incidental festivity

    As a catering entrepreneur, do you want to organize a festivity on short notice? And thereby make more noise than allowed? Then you must report this.

  • Holding municipality liable for damages

    A municipal award is a token of appreciation for a person or organization that has dedicated itself in a special way.

  • Sustainability Loan

    Up to €25,000 you can take out a loan from the municipality for sustainability measures at a relatively low interest rate.
