  • Excavation and reburial or cremation

    You want to rebury a deceased person in another place or still have them cremated. To do this, you need a permit from the municipality.

  • Ash container

    The ashes of a deceased person can be scattered on the open sea or in a scattering field. Do you want to scatter in another place? Then you need an exemption.

  • Transporting the deceased abroad

    You may transport a deceased person abroad. You can request the documents you need to do this from the municipality.

  • Death, declaration

    Declaration of death is mandatory and is usually done by the funeral director. As a next of kin, you can also do this yourself.

  • Foster child care reporting

    Will you be caring for a foster child for an extended period of time? Then you must report this to the municipality. You must also report this if the child leaves or dies.

  • Register lifeless child

    If your child is born lifeless, you report to the registry office of the municipality where your child was born. You will receive a certificate from the municipality.

  • Adopting a child

    When you adopt a child, you take over Health and Education from the biological parents. You and the child then become legally related to each other.

  • Acknowledge child before birth

    When you acknowledge your child, you become a legal parent. This means that you are then the legal parent of your child

  • Birth declaration

    You must register within 3 days of your baby's birth (the day of birth does not count). You must register in the municipality where your child was born.

  • Acknowledge child after birth

    When you acknowledge your child, you become a legal parent. This means that you are then the legal parent of your child.
