Marketplace Applications

If you want a place at the market, you apply for a market place permit from the municipality. This applies to the weekly markets in Brielle, Hellevoetsluis, Oostvoorne and Rockanje.

Do you want to occupy a stand at an event, such as a day market or annual fair? If so, this must be regulated in the event permit.

You can request a market stand if you:

  • Is registered with the Chamber of Commerce.
  • Capacity to act.
  • Be insured against legal liability during your market trade.

  • Desired weekly market location.
  • Industry/article group designation.
  • Indication of whether there is a stall or sales vehicle, including photo of the means of sale.
  • Indication of whether power is desired.

How does it work?

Fixed location

When a permanent market stall becomes vacant, a drawing of lots takes place. You can read about the rules of the weekly markets in the Market Regulation. Do you have any questions? Please contact the market master via 14 0181 or via nl stating the subject "market stall".

Day site

Each market day, the market master assigns the day spaces per branch to followers. Day places are fixed places that become vacant when an entrepreneur with a fixed place is not there on one occasion. The municipality immediately issues the permit that allows you to register as a follower.
