Digital Government Information Point

Contact with the government is increasingly via the Internet. There are many things you can arrange via the Internet, such as applying for benefits, health certificates or your pension statement. But applying for a permit or a subsidy is also done digitally. In many cases you need a DigiD and you must be able to use a computer. Many people find this difficult and could use some help.

Do you want to arrange or apply for something through this website or another government website and need help doing so? Or do you know someone who could use help? Then stop by the Digital Government Information Point (IDO) in the library. The volunteers at the Information Point will show you where to find information and how it works. The Information Point is free and you do not have to be a member of the library.

The Information Point has fixed consultation hours in the libraries in Brielle, Hellevoetsluis, Oostvoorne, and Rockanje. You can drop in during these consultation hours without making an appointment. Would you prefer Make an appointment? Then call the library on (088) 006 75 00.
