Precario tax
- You pay precario tax for the use of municipal land, for example because you place a terrace, scaffolding, advertising board or container.
- You also pay precario tax if you want to display items for sale on the street.

You do not have to file a separate declaration for precario tax. The permit for the use of public municipal land states that precario tax will be charged. After the permit is granted, you will automatically receive a precario tax assessment.
