Adjust opening hours of catering industry once
If you are organizing a party or event in your catering business, you may want to adjust the opening hours for this once. You then apply for an exemption from the municipality to be allowed to be open longer.
How does it work?
- A maximum of 12 opening time waivers per year will be allowed per hospitality establishment.
- Per waiver, an extension of opening time of up to two hours applies.
- On Friday night and Saturday night, there is an extension of opening time of up to one hour.
- During King's Night and New Year's Eve, a closing time of 5 a.m. applies to all catering establishments in Voorne aan Zee.
- You make the request for exemption from closing time no later than 3 days before the occasion.

Costs for processing an application to grant an exemption from closing time for a catering establishment as referred to in Article 2:29, paragraph 1, of the General Local Bye-Laws:
