Lenny Mans

Lenny Mans is municipal secretary of the municipality of Voorne aan Zee. The town clerk/general manager of the municipality is advisor to the college and head of the civil service organization. The secretary is thus the connecting link between the college and the organization. She is independent and does not represent any political party.
