One-time grant
This is a grant for foundations, associations, and advocacy groups to carry out specific social activities that the municipality considers important. You can apply for a one-time grant at any time of the year. Be sure to submit your application at least 12 weeks before the start of the activity or event.

Are you applying for a subsidy from the municipality? If so, we may conduct a Bibob investigation. The purpose of this is to prevent anyone from misusing the subsidy for criminal activities.

Does the municipality suspect that you are misusing the subsidy? If so, the municipality will also initiate a Bibob investigation. This can also happen in the case of a subsidy that has already been granted or determined. In that case, the municipality will contact you.
How does it work?
A one-time grant is compensation for a one-time activity of a grant recipient, with a special purpose in a specific period of time. Or for an activity for which the College wishes to grant a subsidy for a specific time only. This period is determined in advance.
One-time grants include:
- Project grant: grant intended for activities with a clear starting and ending point. The grant is temporary and tied to a special performance.
- Investment subsidy: subsidy designed to purchase, build, expand or refurbish (sports) facilities.
- Incidental grants are made on a one-time basis in special circumstances. Special circumstances are at the discretion of the college. A maximum of €500 per year applies to an occasional subsidy. For anniversaries there is a maximum of €250 per anniversary (per period of five years).

These grants are subject to the 2026 Policy Rules for Granting Subsidies and the 2023 General Subsidy Regulation.
