How does it work?

First, check the overview map at to see if the issue has already been reported. This will help prevent the same situation from being reported multiple times.

Has no report been filed yet? If so, please submit your report using the “File a Report” button at the top of the page.

  1. Describe what's going on and include photos if necessary.
  2. Please provide the location.
  3. Please enter your contact information if you'd like to stay informed. You can also submit the report anonymously.

What can you report?

What you can report to the municipality

  • loose paving stone
  • hole in the road
  • damage to traffic signs
  • overdue maintenance of public green spaces, such as weeds
  • fallen trees or branches 
  • ruined greenery
  • odor nuisance
  • construction and maintenance of playgrounds
  • broken or unsafe playground equipment

Nuisance caused by other people 

If you are experiencing disturbances caused by, for example, neighbors, teenagers, or people with substance abuse problems, call the police.

The municipality does not handle all reports. If your report concerns an object or location that does not belong to the municipality, please report it to the owner.

How long does it take?

In general, the municipality will process your report within two business days. This does not mean that the situation will be resolved within that time frame. Sometimes it takes longer, for example because:

  • we need to outsource work;
  • The work will be carried out during scheduled maintenance.

Questions about your report?

Each report is assigned a report number. You will find this number in the confirmation email for your report. You will only receive this confirmation if you enter your email address. Please have your report number ready when you contact us.

Report by phone

Emergency notification

Do you have an emergency? Is there a dangerous situation or serious disturbance outside of business hours? If so, please call 14 0181

For example, call if you see a pothole, a fallen tree, or any other dangerous situation that can't wait until the next business day.

In the event of immediate danger, always call 112.
