Communications Village Heart of Zwartewaal

Residents, organizations and other stakeholders are closely involved in the development of Zwartewaal Village Heart. From a choice from various visions of the future to the elaboration into urban designs, implementation variants and finally the development plan.

Resident meetings 2023

  • A meeting with the sounding board group was organized on September 5, 2023, about the design plan for Village Heart Zwartewaal.
  • On September 27, 2023, a walk-in evening was organized for residents and stakeholders about the Village Heart Zwartewaal development plan.
  • A presentation on the construction of the facilities cluster was given on Nov. 23, 2023, followed by speaking tables to ask questions and engage in conversation about the construction work.
  • On December 13, 2023, the Start construction of the facilities cluster was celebrated with users, residents and stakeholders. 

Residents' meetings 2022

  •  In 2022, the project manager of Zwartewaal Village Heart from the municipality was present in the Gaffelaar once every two weeks for an afternoon. So residents could always walk in for questions or an explanation.

  • Several focus group and resident meetings were held in 2021.
