View building plans and construction drawings

The municipality keeps architectural drawings and building plans on file, including those from the former municipalities of Brielle, Hellevoetsluis, and Westvoorne. You can request and view these drawings.

Here's how it works

You can request drawings for a fee. You pay this fee when you submit your request. You are paying for the work done by the archive staff and for the administrative costs associated with processing your request. You must pay this fee even if no documents are found.

In some cases, we invite you to view the drawing or plan at the town hall in Hellevoetsluis; we refer to this as a public viewing.

You can request a construction drawing under the “Requests” heading.

What can I request?

Anyone applying for an environmental permit for construction must also submit a construction plan. A construction plan outlines the details of the construction or renovation project.

So you can request:

  • Construction drawings
  • Permits
  • Other documents required for a license application

Official announcements can be found on theAnnouncements page. This page includes:

  • Environmental Permits (for Construction and Use)
  • Policy Guidelines
  • The Environmental Plan
  • Deviations from the zoning plan
