View building plans and construction drawings

You can request drawings for a fee. You pay this fee when you submit your request. The fee covers the archive’s work and the administrative costs associated with processing your request. This fee is payable regardless of the outcome.

In some cases, we invite you to view the drawing or plan at the town hall in Hellevoetsluis; we refer to this as a public viewing.

You can request a construction drawing under "Requests." 
 

Anyone applying for a building permit must also submit a construction plan. A construction plan outlines the details of the construction or renovation project. The municipality also requires a drawing of the plan and a site plan.

The municipality does not keep all drawings. The archives date back to different years, depending on the place of residence:
