What should I do?

If you want to attend training, you must first discuss it with your client manager.

The following Requirements apply to attending training:

• You can take training if it will help you get to work quickly.
• You can attend training if it fits into your reintegration pathway.
• You may not take a day course in which you can apply for student loans.
• You are required to attend training if the municipality offers it to you.
• Under certain Requirements , you can receive training and keep your benefits.

Regional Training Center (ROC). 

The Regional Training Center(ROC) offers training for adults. This offer is not through the municipality. Students who have become stuck in regular education and still want to get a diploma can also go to the ROC. 

At the ROC you can do courses such as mavo, havo and vocational courses at different levels. You can take certain courses during the day and others in the evening. You get a diploma when you pass an exam.

Take language or computer classes?

Would you like lessons in language or would you like to learn to use a computer better? The municipality offers lessons for this purpose. You can find more information on the webpage Dutch language and computer lessons .
