Serving alcohol during event

The following Requirements apply to the serving and selling of alcohol during an event:

• You may not serve and sell alcohol to children under the age of 18.
• You may not serve and sell liquor (>15% alcohol) at the event.
• The person in charge of serving alcohol:
  • is at least 21 years of age;
  • Is not of bad character.
• Are you applying for an exemption to serve alcohol during an event, but you are not the organizer of the event? Then you must have written permission from the event organizer. 

You apply for the exemption from the municipality where the event will be held. Please provide the following information with your application:

• date of the event
• At what times you want to serve alcohol
