Landlord responsibility

As owner and landlord, Woonbedrijf Voorne aan Zee is responsible for the maintenance of the exterior of the house and its installations. Of course, Woonbedrijf does necessary maintenance and repairs to keep your home in good condition. An example of maintenance is painting the exterior of the home or replacing the roof. Tenant responsibility

Small and daily maintenance in your home is your own responsibility. Examples include interior painting, keeping your house clean and maintaining your garden and/or balcony. According to the law and the rental agreement, you as a tenant are also responsible for making minor repairs such as fixing a leaky faucet. You are also responsible for costs incurred through your own fault, such as losing your keys. Work on components in the home that you have installed yourself or taken over from the previous tenant are also your responsibility.
