Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
Sometimes you need a VOG for volunteering. For some types of volunteer work, you can apply for a VOG free of charge:
- Volunteering with minors and the mentally disabled
- Care volunteers: these are people who care for someone with whom they have no personal relationship
- You apply for the free VOG through the organization for whom you are doing the volunteer work
There is no free scheme for other volunteer work. Ask the organization you work for if you need a VOG and if you can apply for one through that organization. You can find more information at: Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
