Offering vehicle for sale on public roads

It is illegal to park a vehicle on the public road to sell. You need an exemption for this. 

However, you may drive around with your vehicle on which you have a "For Sale" paper taped.

What should I do?

You request the exemption from the municipality. To do so, call 14 0181.

What do I need to bring to the application?

  • valid registration certificate
  • statement about your car's location and period of sale
