Vermaat Phase 2 - Acapella Living 2

The plans for Vermaat phase 2 are currently being developed. This site will house about 112 homes, with a varied program. The project is of interest to a broad target group, including starters and people moving up in the housing market. In terms of appearance, the project will tie in with the Acapella Wonen phase 1 project, which is located right next to the Vermaat phase 2 site.

In this area there will also be room for facilities such as small-scale and subordinate retail, services and social functions on the first floor of the residential buildings. In the current office building on the corner of Rijksstraatweg and Amnesty Internationallaan, on the first floor there is room for, among other things: small-scale and subordinate retail, day catering (no meal takeaway), a restaurant (day catering), social facilities and offices.

Zoning

The City Council of the Municipality of Voorne aan Zee adopted the zoning plan for the second phase of the Vermaat housing project on May 30, 2024. The zoning plan is final and can be found on the website of the environment counter (search by plan name Vermaatterrein Phase 2).
