Making homes more sustainable Woonbedrijf

Zero-Meter
In 2017, 6 pilot homes were renovated to Zero-Meter (NOM). The further rollout for the other 55 rental and 7 owner-occupied homes did not go ahead. The reason included too high a price for the pilot project. Following these homes, the housing company has prepared a modified renovation for the homes of complex 107 and 109. This plan means that the houses will be renovated to Zero-Meter (NOM)-ready and that the houses will be completely NOM by 2050 (when the houses will be connected to the heat network) with smaller interventions.
The homes in this complex come from the 1960s and are currently over fifty years old. In recent years we have carried out standard maintenance work, but now comes the time when major interventions are needed to ensure that everyone can continue to live here comfortably.
Safe, comfortable and energy-efficient homes
The end result is healthy, safe, comfortable and energy-efficient homes that are pleasant to live in. And in which the residents can continue to live for a long time. But also homes with a modern look. After this work, the homes can be made zero-in-the-meter towards 2050 with minimal steps.
We expect to start the real work at the end of the second quarter of 2022. If everything goes according to plan, the work on the homes will take over six months. A total of 55 homes will be sustainably improved by the Woonbedrijf.
