Second Public Meeting on the Heating Program
On Wednesday, September 16, the municipality will hold a second residents’ meeting on the heating program. The meeting will outline the steps we will take in the coming years to become natural gas-free by 2050.

This heating program is still under development, and we need input from residents to help us create a program that meets the needs of every resident of Voorne aan Zee.
During this event, we’ll provide information about the heating program and talk with residents about:
- What is feasible
- What Is Fair
- Which investments are acceptable.
Practical information
The community meeting will take place at the Jan Blanken Dry Dock in Hellevoetsluis and will run from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome starting at 6:30 p.m. Alderman Astrid Oosenbrug will open the evening. Afterward, we’ll give a presentation on the heating program. This will be followed by an information fair featuring a suggestion box.
Come join us and share your thoughts on the future of heating at Voorne aan Zee. Everyone is warmly welcome! Feel free to bring a guest.
