Accessibility, subsidy

This scheme is currently only available to organizations from the former municipality of Brielle. We will work to harmonize subsidy schemes as soon as possible, so that eventually there will be a list of subsidy schemes valid for the entire municipality of Voorne aan Zee.

The municipality wants persons with disabilities to be able to independently use the facilities available. To this end, the municipality provides grant funds for improving the accessibility of premises with a public function.

How does it work?

Store owners, hospitality operators and other owners of publicly accessible properties are eligible for a grant to improve the accessibility of their business. The subsidy amounts to 50% of the costs. A maximum of €2,500 applies to solving a bottleneck structurally, and a maximum of €500 applies to having an accessibility test carried out.

Grant applications may be submitted to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen throughout the year.
