Grant justification
Do you receive an annual grant for which performance agreements have been made? Then you must show what you used the grant for. For this, you must submit an accountability statement.
You must submit your 2025 assessment before May 1, 2026. Failure to submit the assessment on time may result in a lower assessment.

These grant determinations are subject to the Policy Rules for Grantmaking 2024 and the General Grant Regulation 2023.

Enclose with the application
You must enclose the following documents with this application:
- A substantive report in accordance with the agreements made in the decision.
- A financial report: annual accounts including an overview of the subsidized deployment and the associated expenditure and income.
- A financial statement for the last fiscal year plus explanatory notes.
- Below €50,000, a statement from the audit committee or the board confirming the accuracy of the financial report. A report from the General Members' Meeting granting discharge to the treasurer is also sufficient. Above €50,000, an audit report from an independent auditor.
