Municipality of Voorne aan Zee is there for you. It is important to us that you receive good and fast service. That is why we have established the following service standards.

- clear deadlines for assistance and support applications;
- appropriate action following reports.
Quick contact
- When you call, we answer the phone within four rings.
- When you call, we will answer your question immediately. If we are unable to do so, you will receive an indication of the next business day when you will receive an answer.
- Your wait time at the front desk is a maximum of fifteen minutes. If you have an appointment, it is a maximum of five minutes.
- When you email nl we will respond to you within two business days. If we are unable to do so, you will receive an indication of when you will receive a reply within two working days.
- We will reply to your letter within four weeks.
Clear deadlines for permit applications
- Are you organizing a small annual event, such as street drawing or a bike ride? And has this event not changed from previous years? Then you only need to provide us with the date of the event.
- Are you applying for a permit for a small neighborhood event, such as a neighborhood party or a street barbecue? If so, you will receive a decision within four weeks.
- Are you applying for a permit for a community event on a public road, such as a village festival, music event or sports activity? And/or has the event changed from previous years? If so, you will receive a decision within eight weeks.
- You will receive a decision on your application for a disabled parking space within four weeks.
Clear deadlines for assistance and support applications
- Are you making an application under the Participation Act (P-Law) for costs of living or the Elderly and Partially Unable to Work Act (IOAW)? If so, you will receive a written decision within eight weeks. Within that period, we will also make any initial payment. Your entitlement to an advance payment will be determined within four weeks.
- Are you applying for Special Assistance, Minimaregeling, Individual Income Supplement, Child Package or Cultural Fund? Then you will receive a written decision within eight weeks. We will also make the first payment, if any, within that period.
- Are you applying for a facility under the Social Support Act (Wmo)? If so, you will receive a written decision within eight weeks.
Appropriate action after reports
- Are you reporting on damage to public space? Then we will process your request within one working day. If we are unable to do so, you will receive an indication of when we will process your report within one working day.
- Are you a member of the Woonbedrijf's clogging fund and/or glass insurance? If so, we will process your report of clogging or window breakage within one business day. If we are unable to do so, you will receive an indication within one working day of how long we will handle your report. This also applies to central heating failures.
