- Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 3:30 p.m.: Alderman Igor Bal will give a short speech at the ceremonial groundbreaking for the construction of the homes in the Appelgaard and Perengaard neighborhoods as part of the Beaugaard project in Hellevoetsluis.
