Planned maintenance
Every home needs maintenance. With major and minor repairs, we make sure your home stays in good condition. Every year we give parts of our homes a maintenance check. That may be painting or cleaning. But sometimes we also replace window frames, pointing or installations in the home. We call this planned maintenance.
