Parking of large vehicles

You need a parking waiver in the following cases:

• your vehicle is longer than 6 meters and higher than 2.4 meters
• you want to park Monday through Friday between 6 p.m. and 8 a.m. or on weekends

Do you have an RV, caravan or camper van that is longer than 6 meters and higher than 2.4 meters? Then you may park it on the road for a maximum of 3 days. You do not need to apply for an exemption for this.

Truck parking

Vehicles longer than 6 meters or higher than 2.40 meters must be parked between 6 p.m. and 8 a.m. in the places designated for this purpose (Article 5:8 APV). These are:

In Hellevoetsluis:

• The Gorslaan
• The Shell Path

In the Brielle area:

• Truck parking lot 't Woud, Brielle
• Truck parking lot (paid) Seggelant, Vierpolders
• Truck parking lot De Karreman, Zwartewaal

In Oostvoorne:

• Parking lot Pinnepot

You request the waiver from the municipality. To do so, send an e-mail to nl

In doing so, please provide the following information:

• your name and address
• details of your vehicle
• the street where you want to park the vehicle
• date and time you want to park the vehicle
• Why you want to park your large vehicle on the road

Objecting

Do you disagree with the municipality's decision? Then you can object within 6 weeks.

Price changes and typographical errors reserved.

Within 8 weeks, you will hear whether you get the waiver.
