Environmental Pass

Underground containers for residual waste are located at high-rise homes such as flats and apartment buildings. Residents of these homes can open these containers with an environmental card.

To drop off bulky household waste at one of the three recycling centers, you need a recycling pass. You can use your recycling pass at all three recycling centers.

• Using the environmental pass, open the barrier at the Environmental park.
• Without an environmental pass, the barrier will not open.
• The environmental pass you received is for your address only.
• You will receive one environmental pass per address.
• You may not lend the environmental pass.
• The environmental pass is not used to keep track of how much trash you throw away.

Is your pass broken or lost? If so, apply for a new environmental pass. Once you’ve paid the fee, we’ll send you the new environmental pass. You won’t be refunded if you later find your old environmental pass. The processing time for an environmental pass application is ten business days.
