Underground containers

Underground containers for residual waste are located at high-rise homes such as flats and apartment buildings. Residents of these homes can open these containers with an environmental card. 

Do you have a report about underground containers in your neighborhood? If so, please contact our customer contact center at 14 0181.

The environmental pass:

  • Belongs to the house and is owned by the municipality.
  • You will receive 1 environmental pass per address. 
  • When moving, you must leave the environmental pass behind in the home. 
  • If the environmental pass is lost or damaged, you can request a new environmental pass.

Environmental park

You need an environmental pass to take bulky household residual waste to one of the three recycling centers. You can use your environmental pass at all three environmental centres.

  • Using the environmental pass, open the barrier at the Environmental park. 
  • Without an environmental pass, the barrier will not open. 
  • The environmental pass you received is for your address only. 
  • You will receive 1 environmental pass per address. 
  • You may not lend the environmental pass. 
  • The environmental pass is not used to keep track of how much trash you throw away.

Environmental pass lost or broken?

Is your pass broken or missing? Then request a new environmental pass. After paying the cost, we will send you the new environmental pass. Please note! You will not receive a refund if you do find your old environmental pass. The processing time, environmental pass application is 10 working days.
