Apply for school transportation by June 1
Applications for school transportation for the 2026–2027 school year are now being accepted. Applications must be submitted by June 1, 2026.
Even if school transportation is already being used during the 2025–2026 school year, a new application must be submitted for the upcoming school year.

Applications can only be submitted online via the municipality’s website on the school transportation page.

New starting in the 2026–2027 school year
For students in special primary education (SBO) and special education (SO), a multi-year decision will now apply for the entire primary school period. This means that an application does not need to be submitted every school year.
In the final two school years, a ReisWijs plan is implemented to increase students’ independence.
For students in special secondary education (SVO), the possibility of a multi-year decision is assessed on a case-by-case basis. The feasibility of traveling by public transportation, possibly with an escort, is also evaluated.
Submit your application on time
If the application is submitted before June 1, 2026, the decision will be issued before the start of the new school year.
Applications received after this date may affect the provision of adapted (taxi) transportation. Transportation during the first two weeks of the school year cannot then be guaranteed.
