Our course plan as a compass

This is our course plan for the years 2023 through 2026. In it we have written down what we go for and stand for
the coming years. Not as a blueprint, but as a kind of compass. A compass that gives direction and defines our playing field.

cores in our working area and our network partners. We have drawn up this course plan in connection with those players. 

To the 'Woonbedrijf Voorne aan Zee' 

We are still the "Woonbedrijf Westvoorne" until January 1, 2023. Due to the merger of the municipalities of Westvoorne, Brielle and
Hellevoetsluis into the new municipality of 'Voorne aan Zee', we will be the 'Woonbedrijf Voorne aan Zee' as of January 1, 2023. With
this course plan, we are in line with the vision Voorne aan Zee and the service vision Voorne aan Zee, which were recently drawn up in preparation for the merger. Our working area will soon encompass the whole of Voorne aan Zee. In the cores where we own many properties, we are the social housing provider. Our homes are in good condition and the neighborhoods are livable. In the other cores of the municipality, we are primarily a niche player for specific groups (e.g. young people, medium rental, special target groups, projects with social impact), and are open to development opportunities for the benefit of public housing within the municipality of Voorne Voorne aan Zee. We offer a home to different target groups, in affordable housing. These are social rental housing, medium-term rental housing and social housing for sale. As part of the municipality, we are a visible partner in housing. We work closely with our tenants and other partners in the cores. With the corporations active in the municipality of Voorne aan Zee , we want to cooperate on public housing tasks. We make the difference through our small scale, decisiveness and commitment to our tenants. 


We have translated our vision into five key tasks for the coming years:

  1. Availability - "Having a home in Voorne aan Zee"
  2. Sustainability and housing quality - "Good and sustainable living in Voorne aan Zee"
  3. Social and physical livability - "Living in a livable and pleasant environment in Voorne aan Zee, with help when needed."
  4. Services and participation - "Woonbedrijf is always close by in Voorne aan Zee"
  5. The internal task - "Strengthening cohesion and togetherness
