Do you rent a home from the Woonbedrijf?

Then you will pay rent every month. You can pay the rent in two ways:

1. Direct debit

Woonbedrijf automatically debits the rent from your account. This happens every first day of the month. Health make sure there is enough money in your account at that time.

Do you want to pay by direct debit? Then you must give the Woonbedrijf permission. You sign a form for this which you hand in to Woonbedrijf. Please note: the Woonbedrijf checks the bank card upon submission.

2. Transfer the rent yourself

You can also choose to transfer the rent yourself.

  • Indicating the residential address to which the payment relates;
  • Payment must be in by the 1st of the month.

3. Financial item 

It is possible to receive financial notices from the Woonbedrijf digitally to your email address. 

Would you like your mail to be digital?

Have you indicated that you would like to receive financial mail from the Woonbedrijf by e-mail? If so, we will send the mail to the email address you provided. Is your e-mail address no longer correct? Please let us know. 

Do you want the mail on paper?

You want to continue receiving mail on paper? You can.

  • Don't have an e-mail address? Then you will always receive mail on paper.
  • Do you have an e-mail address? Then you can send us an e-mail to indicate that you want to receive the mail on paper. You can e-mail us the change to nl and we will arrange it for you.  

Most financial mail is sent through Postex, both digital and paper. The letters Postex sends for us have a cover page with a code. If you enter the code below, you can also view the document digitally.

Still switching from paper to digital?
