Slot machine installation

• Only catering establishments and slot machine halls are allowed to place a slot machine.
• The slot machine owner must have an operating license from the gaming authority.

• You apply for an attendance permit from the municipality.
• If you also own the slot machine, you can apply for an operating license through the municipality at the same time.
• With your application, please report at least:
  • How many slot machines you want to place in your business;
  • The name and address of your business;
  • The name and address of the slot machine owner.
• Always notify the municipality if anything changes. For example, with a different owner of the vending machine or if you want to place more or fewer vending machines in your business.
• You hold a valid operating license and alcohol license for your catering establishment. 

The application must be fully completed and submitted at least 8 weeks before you want to start. The following documents must accompany the application:

• application form;
• Floor plan of the business to scale clearly showing where the gaming machines will be placed; 
• copy of the agreement with the gaming machine supplier.
