The municipality Voorne aan Zee in 31 lifetime homes in the former municipal office in Brielle.
The municipal council of Voorne aan Zee decided to make additional funds available for the renovation of the former municipal office in Brielle.

The property is being redeveloped into 31 age-friendly homes, offering a mix of affordable and mid-range rental units. The project meets parking standards and contributes to the quality of life in the city center.
Alderman Jan Spoon:
“With this redevelopment, we are giving the former municipal office on Slagveld a new purpose. We are providing affordable rental homes for both seniors and young first-time buyers. In this way, we are improving the quality of life in Brielle and stimulating movement in the housing market.”
The total investment for the redevelopment amounts to a maximum of €13.26 million. This is necessary to realize the plan development, renovation, parking facilities, and sustainable energy facilities. The plan is in line with provincial policy for social housing.
