Guest of the council

Want to know what council work is all about? Then sign up as a Guest of the Council. The council considers it important to get in touch with residents of the municipality of Voorne aan Zee. The council would like you to take a look behind the scenes at the council. This is why the council invites residents to attend council meetings as guests of the council.

Prior to a council meeting, at 7 p.m., two council members and someone from the Municipal Clerk’s Office welcome you as guests of the council. They will tell you all about the city council, its roles, duties, how decisions are made, etc. You will review the agenda for that meeting together and have something tasty with coffee or tea.

The mayor and clerk welcome you to the council meeting and afterwards we look back with you, over a snack and a drink. You will also meet the other council members.

A maximum of five people can sign up per meeting. Group visits are also possible, but only after contacting the Municipal Clerk’s Offices Office.
