Duckraghtshof
On the site where the schools and swimming pool and sports hall De Eendraght stood, housing will be built. There is room for about 29 free plots. There will also be a senior citizens' courtyard, which is under investigation. The demolition of the old buildings (old swimming pool, sports hall and schools) has already taken place and preparatory work is taking place on the site.
Eendraghtshof zoning plan.
The current zoning plan already allows the construction of homes. Therefore, the sale for phase 1 of the free lots could start on April 17, 2024. Nevertheless, the zoning plan had to be modified in some parts. At the July 2 meeting, the city council adopted the zoning plan. Meanwhile, the zoning plan was irrevocably adopted on Aug. 21, 2024.

Neighborhood approach to surrounding streets
We are also looking at the extent to which the immediately surrounding streets (Schoolstroke, Vlinderslag and Wisselslag) can benefit from the development of Eendraghtshof. A Neighborhood Approach is being implemented for these streets. Residents will be involved in this through resident evenings.
Information and sales
Free lots phase 1
The first phase of Eendraghtshof went on sale in April 2024. All of the lots in phase 1 have since been sold. The buyers took possession of their lots in the fall of 2025 and have since begun construction.
Free lots phase 2
Phase 2 of the free plots went on sale in January 2025. All plots in this phase have now been sold.
Free lots phase 3
In June 2025, the third and final phase of the available lots went on sale. All lots for single-family homes in this phase have since been sold. Seniors Court
The Eendraghtshof plan also includes a seniors' court. Maasdelta is expected to start construction of the Seniorenhof in November 2025. This housing project consists of 30 social housing units for seniors, people with care needs and young people who support seniors. To qualify, you must be registered as a housing seeker through the Woonnet Rijnmond website. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2026.

Subarea Eendraghtshof in Urban Village 3223
