Objecting
If you disagree with a decision made by the Municipality of Voorne aan Zee, or if you have any questions about it, you can contact us about it. We will be happy to answer your questions. It is also possible to object to a decision.
You can object within 6 weeks after the decision is announced. Pay close attention to this, because an objection filed too late can no longer be considered.
What should I do?
You object to a decision by writing a notice of objection and sending it to us. Make sure your objection includes the following information

- The date you write the objection;
- The date and reference of the decision to which your objection relates;
- Why you disagree with the decision;
- sign the objection with your signature.
Furthermore, please also send a copy of the decision you disagree with. Is someone else objecting on your behalf? Make sure that you authorize this person and enclose it with the objection.

- The advisory committee, after carefully examining the file to which your objection relates, makes a recommendation to us. We will then make a decision on your objection. This decision will be sent to you.
