Hello bride-to-be,

Now that you have decided to get married, you get to arrange a lot of things. Choosing a wedding officiant is part of that.

Therefore, I would like to tell you something about myself so you can get an idea of a ceremony conducted by me. My name is Alfons van Leussen. For a few years now wedding officiant in Rotterdam and Schiedam and recently also in beautiful Voorne aan Zee. I have found out that every wedding ceremony is unique. This is because every couple is different.

In the pre-conversation, usually in the people's homes, we discuss the regular parts of the ceremony. Standing, you give each other the right hand and your answer to my question is, YES.
What do I actually say yes to, I got back in a preliminary interview. Simply put that you will fulfill all the duties attached by law to the marital status, but of course you say yes to your partner. At that point your boyfriend or girlfriend. The magic word, of course, is LOVE. You declare your love to each other in front of all of society, and that may be celebrated.

With me, the ceremony is a party, where laughter is definitely allowed and maybe a tear will be shed. Rituals, rings or reading your own wedding vows. "Within limits, the possibilities are unlimited".

Through the preliminary interview, I take a look into the lives of two people, how did they get to know each other, what do they have fond memories of and where will the honeymoon go? Based on these personal stories, I will write an appropriate speech.

As long as you love each other, I would like to connect you in marriage. In doing so, I make no difference between gender or ethnicity. I look forward to our first meeting and will do everything I can to make your day a day of celebration!
