Getting to know and working together

If you have applied, we would be happy to visit you to get to know your company. During this visit, we will work out your demand for personnel together. One of our consultants will work out your demand in a text for a vacancy. We will also make a proposal on how we will recruit.

Recruitment and selection

The employer team consults with you on how the job application process works. The employer team puts your job posting on a national website. Candidates can then apply directly to you. But the employer team can also take over the initial selection from you. You will then receive an offer of suitable candidates. The employer team tries to ensure that employer and employee are a good match. We look at the candidate's motivation, experience and level of education. We also check if the candidate fits the profile and culture within your company.

Approach, guidance and coaching

A consultant is responsible for the hired candidate during the probationary period. We agree on the times when we discuss the probationary period. We then make clear agreements with the employer and the candidate.
