Heat-related meetings on June 26 postponed due to the heat
The planned community engagement activities in Oostvoorne and Rockanje on Friday, June 26, have been canceled. A new date will be announced.
High temperatures are expected. Therefore, the municipality is following the national advice to exercise caution when engaging in outdoor activities. See also the KNMI website at. The safety of residents and employees is our top priority.
That is why we have decided to cancel the meetings. We are very sorry about this. Especially during hot weather, it is important to talk together about the future of heating. This is not just about heating, but also about keeping homes cool.
The other events will still take place
- Friday, July 3: meetings in Rockanje and Hellevoetsluis.
- Wednesday, July 8: Residents' Night at the Jan Blanken Dry Dock in Hellevoetsluis.
