Volunteers sought for polling stations House of Representatives elections
The House of Representatives elections will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. Are you at least 18 years old and would you like to contribute to these elections? Then become a volunteer at a polling station.
Requirements
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You have a good command of the Dutch language.
- You can interact with people in a friendly and neat manner.
- You work accurately even when a polling station is busy.
- You are willing to attend the mandatory digital training for polling officials/counters.
- You are in possession of your own transportation.
- You may not be on the list of candidates in this election.
Times
Polling stations will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. on October 29, 2025. There will be a morning team and an afternoon team for each polling station.
The morning team works on Election Day from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 8:45 p.m. until all votes are counted and the results of the polling station are determined.

What do we offer?
As a member of a polling station, you will receive €185.00. This includes an allowance for food. A counter receives €50.00.
