Due to the predicted heat, the Veterans Day program in Voorne aan Zee on Saturday, June 21, has been modified. Extra precautions have been taken at the location. Veterans of Voorne Voorne aan Zee are welcome at the Droogdok Jan Blanken from 09.30 am.

9:30 a.m. Walk-in and reception by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen
10:00 a.m. Welcome by Peter Vermaat, chairman Veterans Committee Voorne aan Zee
10:10 a.m. Departure to Veterans Memorial, Burg. Van der Jagtkade
10:30 a.m. Arrive at Veterans Memorial line up
10:45 a.m. 2 minutes of silence, wreath laying and short speech
11:00 a.m. Group photo and then return to the Dry Dock
11:30 a.m. Film 80 years of freedom municipality of Voorne aan Zee
11:35 a.m. Speech by Mayor Arno Scheepers
12:00 p.m. Presentation Theo Spijksma - Culture of trust and teamwork
1 p.m. End of program, start of informal part
1:15 p.m. Indian meal and informal portion
