Election Fair in Voorne aan Zee Maerlant College
On Monday morning, March 16, a political forum was held at Maerlant College, featuring all the parties on the Voorne aan Zee electoral list.
A unique opportunity for upper-grade students to interact directly with local politicians, ask questions, and really delve into the issues that matter to them.
Accompanied by their teacher, the students visited the various political parties as part of a "Voting Guide" assignment. This allowed them to discover which positions best align with their own ideas and values. This will help them make an informed choice in the student elections on Tuesday, March 17. We are curious to see which party is the most popular among the young people.

Over the past year, the city council has given guest lectures at various high schools in Voorne aan Zee. An initial debate was also held earlier in the council chamber.
