Misreporting Regarding the Community Meeting 

This was a very positive meeting with valuable discussions and ideas. We are developing the heating program together with our residents, business owners, and community organizations. It is part of the heating and energy transition.

Unfortunately, the AD published incorrect information about the date of this event. As a result, residents and council members found themselves facing a closed door on Thursday evening, July 9. We deeply regret this.

Given the high level of interest, we have decided to organize an additional information evening immediately after the summer break. This will give everyone the opportunity to learn about the heating program, engage in discussion, and share opportunities, concerns, and ideas. Keep an eye on the website (voorneaanzee.nl), the municipal page, and our social media channels for the date of this event. With everyone’s input, we can continue developing the heating program. We expect to be able to present it by the end of 2026.
