Start of construction of houses in Eendraghtshof celebrated
On Friday, October 31, construction officially started on the first houses in Eendraghtshof, a new green residential neighborhood in Hellevoetsluis. Alderman Igor Bal congratulated the buyers and stressed the importance of this development for the neighborhood and the municipality.
On Friday, Oct. 31, a festive gathering with all buyers of the lots in Eendraghtshof celebrated the official start of construction of the first houses. Alderman Igor Bal (spatial planning) addressed the buyers and emphasized the importance of this new development for the neighborhood and the municipality.
The meeting marks an important milestone in the Eendraghtshof project, where new residential lots have been made available for individuals who want to build their dream home. In addition to the lucky buyers and the Alderman , real estate agent Kolpa van der Hoek was also present, who helped the municipality guide the sale.
The Alderman congratulated the future residents and expressed confidence in a successful completion of the construction process. "With the start of construction of the first homes, we are not only taking an important step in the development of Eendraghtshof, but also in contributing to a diverse housing supply in the community. Thanks in part to the enthusiastic buyers and their diverse home designs, this will be a special place to enjoy living." Ald Alderman Bal.
Eendraghtshof is a new residential neighborhood in Hellevoetsluis, located in the area Stadsdorp 3223. The project consists of several phases in which a total of 29 free plots are offered for the construction of private homes. The plots vary in size and offer space for detached houses and semi-detached houses. Eendraghtshof is characterized by green, quiet surroundings and a central location near stores, schools, a medical center and other amenities. In addition to the free plots, there will also be a seniors' court with approximately 30 social rental homes, for which Maasdelta housing corporation is making preparations.
