First pile
The first pile was ceremoniously driven by Alderman Bal together with partners from Ressort Wonen, Roosdom Tijhuis, and BPD | Bouwfonds Gebiedsontwikkeling. This step marks the start of a new, green residential area in Brielle. The 57 rental apartments and 16 care units for Ressort Wonen are part of the first phase of construction. After the summer, construction will also begin on 27 ground-level rental homes for Ressort Wonen.
Alderman Bal: "With the driving of this first pile, we are taking an important step in the housing construction project in Voorne aan Zee. Buitenplaats Brielle will be a future-proof and green neighborhood, with space for different types of homes and target groups, such as families, young people, and the elderly. I am delighted that we are starting construction and that this beautiful neighborhood in Brielle is now really taking shape."
Sale of owner-occupied homes
