Thursday, June 26, the sale started of the last phase of free plots in the new residential neighborhood Eendraghtshof in Hellevoetsluis. During a well-attended evening in the Droogdok, interested parties were given information about the plots and building possibilities. What makes this phase special is the option to build a self-designed semi-detached house together with a neighbor.
Spacious lots in green surroundings
The third phase of Eendraghtshof includes 13 vacant lots, ranging from 313 m² to 645 m². A number of these lots are adjacent to the park that will be located in the new residential neighborhood. The location of Eendraghtshof is ideal: central in Hellevoetsluis and close to amenities such as schools, a swimming pool, a medical center and stores.
Unique opportunity: building together with your neighbor
Special to this last phase is the possibility to build a semi-detached house together with a neighbor. Interested parties must register for this as a building couple. Alderman Igor Bal (spatial development) spoke with interested parties during the sales evening. "I am very excited about this final phase of Eendraghtshof. The lots for semi-detached houses make it possible for a wider audience to build their own dream home. I wish all interested parties the best of luck and hopefully they will soon be able to start designing and building their dream home.
Sales evening with inspiration and meeting place
During the sales evening, employees of the Municipality of Voorne aan Zee and real estate agent Kolpa van der Hoek were on hand to answer questions. For those interested in a semi-detached house, there was a meeting point where they could meet other interested parties to form a building pair. In addition, companies offering catalog homes and architects were on hand to offer inspiration and advice.
Future plans for Eendraghtshof.
The lots from phase 1 have all been sold by now. The lots from phase 2 are also mostly already sold. In addition to the free plots, there are plans for a senior center with 30 social housing units. Maasdelta housing corporation is making preparations and expects to provide more clarity on this project soon.
More residential neighborhoods under development
Eendraghtshof is part of a larger plan in Urban Village 3223, where three residential neighborhoods with a total of 160 homes have now been built.
