Watching lessons and clothed swimming
Several times a year there are viewing lessons. You can then come and watch during the last 15 minutes of your child's swimming lesson. Do you have questions or comments about what you have seen? During the next swimming lesson we can discuss this in the foyer of the pool.
Clothed swimming
During the exam for swimming certificate A, B and C, your child must swim with clothes on. It is important that we practice with this. Therefore, we swim with clothing on during the viewing lessons.

A, B and C diploma
Every class with clothing. This is important because it helps the children build strength and fitness.
For the A and B diploma:
- Swimwear
- Long-sleeved shirt or blouse
- Long pants, dress or skirt to the ankles
- Shoes (plastic, leather and athletic shoes are allowed; shoes without a real sole are not allowed)
For the C diploma:
- Swimwear
- Long-sleeved shirt or blouse
- Long pants, dress or skirt to the ankles
- Shoes (plastic, leather and athletic shoes are allowed; shoes without a real sole are not allowed)
- Long-sleeved jacket
We recommend that your child bring a plastic bag for wet clothing.
