Can you help us dispose of your Christmas tree properly?
Let's work together to ensure a green and clean municipality. Please return your Christmas tree after the holidays.
You can dispose of your Christmas tree in various ways:
- At one of the collection points on Wednesday, January 14, between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. You will receive 50 cents per tree handed in. You can find the collection points on ourChristmas Trees page.
- We will collect more than 20 Christmas trees from your home. Please make an appointment via the Christmas Trees page. You will receive 50 cents per Christmas tree.
- Bring your Christmas trees to the container collection point on Friday, January 16 (no compensation per Christmas tree).
- At the Environmental park no charge per Christmas tree).
The trees are recycled
Trees that are turned in are processed into raw materials for things like compost.
