Delivery
Municipality of Voorne aan Zee does not take care of newspaper delivery. That is done through the publisher Groot Hellevoet. Sometimes they do not have enough people to deliver the newspapers. You can fill out a complaint form with the publisher to indicate that no newspaper is delivered to you. This can be done through the website of the publisher:
