Municipality of Voorne aan Zee MKB Rotterdam Rijnmond join forces to strengthen business climate
The municipality Voorne aan Zee MKB Rotterdam Rijnmond are starting a collaboration to strengthen the business climate. Together, they are committed to providing better support for entrepreneurs and a future-proof economy in the region.
The municipality Voorne aan Zee MKB Rotterdam Rijnmond have entered into a partnership to better support entrepreneurs in the municipality and region. With this public partnership, both parties are jointly committed to creating a promising, future-proof, and business-friendly climate.
Small and medium-sized enterprises form the backbone of the Dutch economy. Entrepreneurs create jobs, take risks, and drive innovation. To continue doing this optimally, it is essential that they are facilitated and not unnecessarily hindered by unclear or superfluous rules. The collaboration between the municipality Voorne aan Zee MKB Rotterdam Rijnmond ties in seamlessly with this.
MKB Rotterdam Rijnmond is the official implementing organization of MKB-Nederland in the Rijnmond urban region and represents the interests of entrepreneurs at local, regional, and national levels. As a unifying factor within small and medium-sized enterprises—from small to large and in all conceivable sectors—MKB Rotterdam Rijnmond is the gateway to the local SME business community.
Within the public partnership, the municipality Voorne aan Zee MKB Rotterdam Rijnmond are working to support, inform, inspire, and activate entrepreneurs. The collaboration also provides opportunities to work together on an economic agenda for the region. The municipality Voorne aan Zee also Voorne aan Zee access to the substantive expertise of MKB-Nederland on a wide range of economic topics and can participate in all events organized by MKB Rotterdam Rijnmond.

With this collaboration, the municipality Voorne aan Zee other municipalities in the region, including Rotterdam, Capelle aan den IJssel, and Nissewaard, which previously entered into a cooperation agreement with MKB Rotterdam Rijnmond.
