Three locations open to help people cool off during the heat

Due to the ongoing heat, the municipality of Voorne aan Zee is opening Voorne aan Zee locations where residents can cool off.

Can't find a cool place at home, with family, friends, or acquaintances? If so, you can go to one of these locations:

Voorne aan Zee Town Hall: Oostzanddijk 26, Hellevoetsluis
BREStheater: Reede 2A, Brielle
MFC De Meander: Vlinderslag 3, Oostvoorne

The KNMI has issued a Code Red warning through Friday, June 26, at 11:00 p.m. Therefore, these locations will remain open until that time.

The municipality is asking residents to come only if it is truly necessary. These locations are primarily intended for people who have nowhere else to go to cool off.
